Perched large inside the Andes Mountains, the town of Cusco is as cultural and charming as it can be historic. Cusco's central plaza is flanked by its legendary two-steeple, pink-hued cathedral and surrounded by arched stone purchasing and eating promenades. It can be nearly as good an area as any while in the place to sit down, take it easy, and a
